He is a member of ScholarOne's Professional Services Group, which is responsible for launching our full suite of applications, including Manuscript Central™, the leading Web-based peer review application for scholarly publishers. Ian will be working with primarily European customers from an office in London, United Kingdom.

Ian has a deep understanding of the needs of scholarly publishers from his years at Blackwell Publishing working in journal production, managing IT solutions for every stage of the production process, and implementing online peer review systems for the publisher's medical division. Ian had a crucial role in launching ScholarOne's Manuscript Central™ for many Blackwell Publishing titles. He began his career as a PhD scientist studying biochemistry and molecular biology and also served the European Respiratory Society journal publishing office before joining the then-named Blackwell Science.
