During this time ScholarOne launched nearly 100 Manuscript Central™ systems and signed 15 new customer licenses. More than 425 Manuscript Central™ systems were live or in implementation at the end of Q2, more than doubled from June 2002. Those titles that have already implemented the system represent more than 780,000 registered users around the world and more than 18,000 manuscript submissions per month.
