Ms. Cassada, formerly of America Online, brings with her over 20 years of technology, publishing, and management experience.
During her last 6 1/2years with America Online, Cassada held various leadership roles, including acquisitions integration and Time Warner information technology strategy and planning. On a global level, she served as the Senior Technical Director of Member Billing, Call Center, Advertising, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and ERP systems operations.
Cassada also brings over 9 years' experience in newspaper publishing and software systems as a software developer and integrations specialist, product manager, and eventually cofounder and VP of a provider of turnkey newspaper editorial, prepress production, advertising, and circulation systems for small to medium size US newspapers. Before that, Cassada served as VP of Sales & Marketing for a firm delivering software and integration services to enable bank tellers and customer service representatives to upsell additional bank services.
